Initiative of SDGs
【*Children’s Cafeteria】
Every Monday and Thursday, we prepare weekday dinners twice a week at the “Fureaikan,” located within the A-Coop Sendai store premises in Hirasacho, our city.
*Children cafeteria・・・A “children’s cafeteria” refers to a place where children in the community are provided with free or low-cost meals.
The aim is to support children who may not have access to sufficient meals due to financial reasons or family circumstances. In addition to offering nutritious meals, it also serves as a place for children to interact with local adults and other children. The cafeteria is often run with the cooperation of volunteers, residents, and nonprofit organizations, and it plays a role in providing a safe space for children.
