We aim to increase the proportion of employees with regular exercise habits by implementing a “Monthly Average Steps Team Competition” using a health promotion app. This initiative has sparked noticeable changes in employee awareness, as casual conversations now often include topics like running or meal planning.

2. Health Maintenance Initiatives

To foster a workplace environment that encourages ongoing health activities and provides job satisfaction, we have applied for and received certifications such as the Kagoshima Healthy Company Declaration and the Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization. Additionally, we are actively promoting these efforts to businesses in our jurisdiction.

3. Energy-Saving Initiatives

We are actively pursuing energy-saving measures, such as replacing office lighting with LED fixtures and installing fans to improve air conditioner efficiency.
