As part of our efforts to promote resource and energy conservation, we have installed solar panels on the roof of our office building.
We regularly hold in-house safety conferences to raise awareness of workplace safety, focusing on “eliminating occupational accidents” and “ensuring thorough management of high-altitude and heavy machinery operations.”
We prioritize the health of our employees and stakeholders, striving to create a workplace environment where everyone can work comfortably while maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
We promote the use of parental leave and work-life balance support systems. As part of this effort, we have established a nursing care and childcare leave system that provides “10 days per year for one child and 20 days for two or more children.”
We contribute to the local community through child and childcare-related activities and provide job experience opportunities for young people.
