We provide brown rice-based Japanese meals with nearly zero food waste. For a total of 40 people, including staff and children, this is all the leftover food. Based on the principle of using the whole ingredient, we utilize vegetables with their skins intact.

Occasionally, hand-me-down children’s clothing is displayed in the entrance area. Both those giving and receiving the items are delighted.

Once a month, we put on work gloves and take garbage bags for a litter-picking walk.

We also use desktop trash bins made from advertisement flyers provided by local residents.
